Com o aproximar do fim do ano, acho que chegou a altura de partilhar convosco este desafio que é perfeito para qualquer pessoa curiosa sobre o veganismo, mas que ainda não consiga adoptar um estilo de vida livre de crueldade definitivamente.

Este desafio que vos proponho chama-se Veganuary, ou em português algo como Veganeiro, e trata-se de adoptar um estilo de vida vegano, durante o mês de Janeiro, para, de uma forma consciente e responsável, darem uma oportunidade ao veganismo, e além disso, começarem o ano da melhor forma possível, saudável e com respeito por todos os animais deste mundo.

Eu sei que, para quem ainda não é vegano, uma das principais tarefas iniciais é mesmo educarem-se e fundamentarem as vossas escolhas em dados concretos e reais, no entanto, e porque esta oportunidade só acontece em cada mês de Janeiro, aconselho-vos a inscreverem-se no site Veganuary, que é super gratuito, e para quem não tem dificuldades em Inglês, é uma forma óptima de contactarem com a comunidade global que iniciará este desafio amanhã, e por outro lado, verem-se apoiados pela enorme e bondosa equipa que está por trás deste projecto.

With this year coming to an end, I think it's time to share with you the perfect challenge for anyone curious about veganism, but at the same time, that can't adopt this lifestyle indefinitely.

This challenge is called Veganuary, and it's about being vegan during January, in a conscient and responsable way, giving an oportunity to veganism starting the new year in the best and healtier way possible, always with respect towards every animal in this world.
